Inspired by the night markets of Taiwan, we are here to provide a taste of the Taiwanese steaks that we grew up eating and to introduce them to anyone who is willing to give it a try!

Added this month, Night Market Sausage is our rendition of the Taiwanese street snack 大腸包小腸 (Taiwanese Hotdog).
We slice one sticky rice sausage and layer it with Taiwanese sausage covered in our house garlic soy sauce and cilantro with some classic Taiwanese sweet chili sauce on the side!

Come tasted the current evolution of our families chili sauce recipe. Originally, just a chili oil created when Chef Justin’s dad was working in kitchens in Taipei, Justin has taken the recipe and tweaked it through a decade of kitchen experience and made it into a sauce that can be enjoyed on almost anything!
